Op 11 november 2021 promoveerde Mareen Datema aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam met haar proefschrift getiteld ‘Food sensitization and allergy: defining phenotypes and their risk factors and biomarkers’. Het onderzoek werk verricht onder supervisie van promotores prof. dr. R. van Ree en prof. dr. A.H. Zwinderman. In dit artikel worden de belangrijkste bevindingen besproken.
