Op 8 februari 2018 promoveerde mw. drs. Floor Garritsen aan de Universiteit van Utrecht. Ze verdedigde haar proefschrift getiteld ‘Oral immunosuppressive drugs in the treatment of atopic dermatitis: improving performance and safety’ onder begeleiding van haar promotor dermatoloog prof. dr. C.A.F.M. Bruijnzeel-Koomen en haar copromotoren dermatoloog dr. M.S. de Bruin-Weller en ziekenhuisapotheker dr. M.P.H. van den Broek. De belangrijkste bevindingen staan hieronder beschreven.
