Op 10 januari 2023 promoveerde Astrid Versluis aan de Universiteit Utrecht op haar proefschrift getiteld ‘Food allergy management in daily life: accidental allergic reactions, cofactors and adherence to dietary advice’. Het onderzoek werd verricht onder supervisie van promotoren prof. dr. A.C. Knulst en prof. dr. G.F. Houben en copromotoren dr. H. van Os-Medendorp en dr. T.M. Le. In dit artikel worden de belangrijkste bevindingen besproken.
